Our primary goal is to educate ourselves and our children to build stronger and safer communities. We know that the stories we hear in childhood have the power to revolutionize our lives. When we started this adventure in October 2016, we had no idea that more than 50 children and their families would show up to our first event! Every month has been a wonderful experience and we have learned a lot. We very much appreciate your support.
How will we spend the money?
- Books — We have a respectable library of books but there are so many more to share with our community.
- Volunteer Recruitment and Advertising
- Supplies — Each event has an activity and craft and all of our events are free. We would use the money to buy more construction paper, crayons, markers, paint, glue, and other fun crafting supplies.
